2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon

 

This Jeep was built using a blend of the best parts from the industry's leading manufacturers and custom Atlas Automotive details.

 

Suspension:

The stock Rubicon suspension was removed in favor of a complete replacement system from Rock Krawler. Their Adventure Series 3 lift kit corrects the geometry of the stock suspension and pairs triple rate springs with Teraflex Falcon 3.3 adjustable shocks to create the smoothest possible ride. The suspension was tested and tuned up to 100mph over bumpy terrain flawlessly with no issues or "death wobble" like many cheaper suspensions systems experience. This suspension combination significantly improves both highway manners and off-road capability.

Tires/Fenders:

To match the new height, it was given 37" Nitto Trail Grappler mud terrain tires framed by up-styled factory fenders, custom powder coated Artec fender liners and American Adventure Labs fender braces for a more aggressive look. The braces are complete with narrow sequential LED lights to act as DRLs and compliant turn signals.

Bumpers and Armor:

Side: To expose the full rugged face of the tire but retain full crash protection, we went with ARB's stubby classic bumper which provided the surface for a Smittybilt X2O winch system and a pair of KC Hilites pro6 driving lights to compliment the blackout led headlights. For added protection to the body and for a step into the lifted jeep, we installed Fishbone step sliders.

Front and Rear: For ease of use, requiring no additional latches to get into the back of your jeep, while also housing the spare tire, backup camera, and hi-lift jack, we installed a Warn Industries rear bumper and single action tire carrier which accents the upgraded blackout led tail lights.

Roof:

To light up the trail, a KC Hilites M-Rack is at home up top with a KC 50" C series forward facing light bar, a pair of their scene lights on each side for lighting up your surroundings, and a rear "chase light" that acts as additional brake lights, turn signals, clearance/warning light, and a significant boost to lighting in reverse. All of which is wired neatly through 2 waterproof connectors, thus retaining your ability to remove the hardtop without adding a mess of complications.

Interior:

Inside, form and function were not sacrificed; you'll sit in crafted black leather seats from Katzkin, featuring black suede inserts and red diamond stitching. For cargo light at night or if your rear passengers need light to grab something behind their seat, there is an added extra dome light on the inside of the rear liftgate glass as well.

Wiring:

Lighting on the roof and bumper are wired through a custom Atlas Automotive modular wiring harness to a Trigger Six Shooter that monitors all the signals conveniently under the hood. This can be controlled either by your cell phone anywhere within Bluetooth range or using the removable wireless control panel mounted above the mirror.

Performance:

The most dramatic performance modification on this jeep is the Mopar snorkel; which gives an aggressive look and ensures your engine receives cool clean air. This flows through to a custom emissions compliant exhaust that eliminates the unattractive stock muffler and flows more freely without being obnoxiously loud or droning at highway speeds. To round things out, we installed a Superchips flashcal that corrects the speedometer and provides access to a few fun extras in the jeep dashboard menu.
